Our experience of Hayward Fox was absolutely brilliant. Our Move was not an easy journey, with lots of frustrations further down the house chain BUT Ollie Boothroyd , (He was our primary support) and the rest of the team (Chandy/ Richard/Martin/Susie) were all so so helpful. Ollie was always available - encouraging- realistic - and honest. He was also great fun! When things were tough- no news - the HF team were aware of the emotions involved in our house move and we felt very supported and understood. PS They do enjoy pastries from the local bakery !
