After very little was happening with my original estate agent, I decided to change to FBM. After explaining what I was looking for and discovering what they could offer, I made an appointment for Kaley Yeomans to visit my property. Kaley arrived, punctually, at my home to discuss instructions and take photos etc. All went smoothly and I expected it to take a couple of days before receiving an update to say my home was ready to be advertised. However, around noon the following day, my property went live online, complete with great photos, a charming video reel and a virtual tour of each room.. All in less than 24 hours! Within an hour of going live, someone made an appointment to view, followed by 3 more during the next couple of hours. Kaley is brilliant at what she does and is a huge asset to FBM. She is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable, yet at the same time friendly and approachable. This girl works hard, quickly and gets results ! Highly recommended!
