Amanda J - 5 star review. Suspicious?
The glowing review below given by "Amanda J." Would this be Amanda James by any chance? The same Amanda James who absconded from her previous tenancy owing many months rent. The same Amanda James who for most of her tenancy was behind with her rent, The same Amanda James who made spurious maintenance requests as justification for not paying to terms and eventually not paying at all? If this is the same person, then NS Lettings was made aware of this when seeking a reference and should have informed a prospective landlord of this. If you are a Landlord recently having granted a lease through this agent to Amanda James, previously residing in Glaisdale Avenue, you have been warned!

'Best Agent In Middlesbrough'
Having had my first encounter with NS Estates ,I found them to be extremely professional. I have used other letting agents in Middlesbrough, and there is no comparison they clearly know their business and are the best around, I recommend if your are looking for sales or lettings to try them. From the owner to the office sales staff , they answered every question I had with certainty and assurance , and above all honesty which you don't normally find.. Equally. making sure the right property was found suitable for the needs of my family. Needless to say we are all excited about our new home, and that is all thanks to Nasir and the staff. Not only a Great fee, A Great Service!
I have just sold my property through NS Estates, I was very impressed with the level of service I received to the point of getting my TS5 property valued to it completing. The photos they took are to a very high standard and I was given good well informed advice all the way through the process. They sorted everything for me in house from solicitors, new mortgage, accompanied viewings, EPC and selling fee all for £995!. Feedback was almost every time given the day after the viewing and I was given regular updates when the sale was going through. Thank You again to all the NS Estates staff for looking after me and my wife, enjoy the chocolates!

Waste of time
Had a flat for sale for two and half years only had a couple of views kept saying you have to drop the price down. The flat was empty but they kept keeping the window open. If you want to waste your time choose this easte argent.

Just hope you don't want to buy a property off them
I have never encountered such rude sales agents. I phoned to view a property and they said they would ring me back but didn't. I rang back and was told I could join a group viewing. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the time and date so asked for another day and was refused. The agent said he wasn't wasting his time make a viewing for me when he expected to receive an offer from the group viewing. I said so what you mean is tough luck and he said yes. Typically people who are not interested in customer service, only interested in money If I could give them 0 stars I would
