Exceptional Support from Maya Dela Pena! Maya from Streetsahead made our tenancy search stress-free and efficient. She helped us find a 2-bedroom apartment in Croydon within a very short time, despite having only 20 days’ notice on our current flat. Maya arranged 4 property viewings on the same day, which allowed us to quickly shortlist one. Even after finalizing, she patiently handled all our questions, arranged multiple follow-up viewings, and coordinated seamlessly with the landlord for quick referencing and paperwork. Her flexibility was outstanding—available early mornings and late evenings to support us. In my 5 years of renting experience, I’ve never had such a dedicated agent. Highly recommend Maya for anyone looking for a smooth, end-to-end tenancy process!

Aibha Stone is a asset to streets ahead. Her work ethics and proactive nature are outstanding. The best estate agent I have come across in the past two years. My mum was agent, so I know what the job involves.

Generally very good, Maya particularly was very helpful in forwarding me relevant ads and getting me a viewing at short notice. Only negative was the referencing was a bit of a hassle--e.g. they wanted me to submit a passport scan and bank statement to two different referencing companies as well as themselves.
