The Middlesbrough team, both lettings and sales side have been absolutely amazing. Helpful, tenacious, good communicators and never giving up on what has been sometimes difficult circumstances. They have risen to the challenge every time. They have sold a number of properties for me now and I highly recommend them in all aspects. We contacted Michael Poole when we were selling our deceased Dad’s house because previously both myself and other family members had had excellent service from them when selling our own properties. As usual we were not disappointed and from start to finish the service was outstanding. Communication excellent- we received text information informing us of viewing and personal calls re feedback from viewers. We had several potential sales fall through but within a day the property was back on line and new potential buyers were booked in. They had a key to the property so we didn’t need to be there for viewings - the whole thing was seamless. Craig, Sophie and Linsey were an amazing team and a special thanks to Sophie for the laughs.
