Wish I had gone with Michael Poole before my first estate agent, so efficient and professional. Better to pay a little bit more as you really do get what you pay for. The 7 day a week service is so much better for working people like ourselves. Hope I don't have to use an estate agent again but would 100% recommend michael Poole

Andrea has been very helpful and attentive...she has always returned my calls and emails and kept me up to date with progress. They also have a text messaging service for when you are selling a property to keep you up dated which is good. The process of selling a house can be slow but Andrea continued to update me and settle me when I was worried...I’m hoping to complete this side of Christmas then Michael Poole will give me the best Christmas present thank you

I had an acceptable offer on my property within 4 days of it going on the market with Michael Poole, and the contracts were exchanged within less than 2 months of the offer being accepted. I would say that if you price your property sensibly and present it well to potential buyers then Michael Poole's will do the rest without any fuss or drama.
