Constantly trying to get in touch multiple times for properties we were very keen on, only to get either no response, a call back within an unreasonable timeframe (i.e. after 5pm when I make contact 9/10am that same day, after I've already booked other viewings), or only a response to find out the house I was interested in and wanted to offer on was already sold. We are not even getting a chance to go view these houses when we make the initial early contact because there's just no response or sense of urgency, even though we have sold our house, are chain free and basically ready to go.
