Jo has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was like an angel that has saved me out of an area i did not like and she helped me get a new place that could be like a new eden for. She has been very speedy in terms of processing my tenancy applications and organizing things behind the scenes to make sure my move to a new area was as fuss-free as possible. It is not easy finding a new place close to relatives in the WF district but she held on to my application and was very patient with me. This is our second time using Beecroft in Mexborough, and both times have been incredible experiences. Vikki has been wonderful, friendly and so helpful. We were really pushed for time to find a property and she helped us find one and get the paperwork sorted faster than I thought was possible! Linda, who I believe is the branch manager is also wonderful, when we left our first property from Beecroft, she rang us thanking us for leaving it in good condition. It makes such a difference having such friendly helpful agents to talk to. Vikki always replies to my emails almost immediately during working hours which is so helpful. Beecroft were great in helping us find a house. Lynda was amazing in showing us properties in the area we were looking at and was quick to reply to questions regarding the application process.
