Jo has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was like an angel that has saved me out of an area i did not like and she helped me get a new place that could be like a new eden for. She has been very speedy in terms of processing my tenancy applications and organizing things behind the scenes to make sure my move to a new area was as fuss-free as possible. It is not easy finding a new place close to relatives in the WF district but she held on to my application and was very patient with me.
