We rented a property in swinton about 4 years ago very damp no roof insulation at all and no hot water for a number of weeks , the damp in my sons bedroom , a lady named Linda said was caused by my sons breath, lol well my son must have stopped breathing in other houses cos we havnt had it again.NegativeResponsiveness

Oh dear where do I start?? So I moved into a 1 bedroom flat which was old fashioned when I moved in and had a brown sofa in. I asked if I could decorate which they said yes so I made it modern purple and grey living room, cream and yellow bedroom, grey kitchen even stuck some tiles at back of cooker and under cupboard near sink. So I move out on the 24th May but before this the agency came out to have a look around told me to leave the decorating to how it was because it looked better than when I moved in and not o worry about my bond she couldn't see any problems as to why I wouldn't get it all back. So I did. Moved everything out left a grey sofa cushions curtains and grey TV stand behind for the next tenants. To then be told I'm getting money deducted from my bond because there's cob webs in the bedroom and they need to paint the purple wall which I'll say again I got told to leave otherwise I would of done it myself.Really I've been moved out the flat 3 weeks and there really taking £100 for cobswebs. And to make things worse I go out of my way when I moved to email them and thank them for giving me the opportunity to live there.NegativeProfessionalism

Tried 4 times to arrange viewing via this agency. All communications ignored. No wonder property has been hanging around for months.

Terrible company. Happy to take money but not to refund money. Communication terrible then blame the tennant. Stay well clear typical rubbish run company.
