From the beginning they didn't show much interest in renting a property to me. I called them several times, texted them about the house (in Mexborough) and put the application in but they didn't even bothered replying that the house was rented out to someone else! Amateur and mean of them.

Hi Chris, Sorry you felt that way - we use whatsapp to send some videos but can't respond all the time on text - it's always best to email or call the office. I hope you found a suitable property.

Should be investigated for putting two poor tennants with minimal checks and 6-12 months later still forking out for their neglect

Unprofessional if they can’t sort it they resort to chasing people in the street or blocking you. Avoid they will try to remove this but it’s factual

We picked up the keys about a week ago. We were promised up and down that the property was ready to be moved into, and we did so. Here's just a fraction of everything that was wrong: - boiler is not working. We had to pay a previous debt off with extra on top of that (which we didn't cause) and it still isn't giving hot water to this moment. - We weren't given the gas card to ACCESS IT. - The company told us the wrong people for the account itself, and the metre wasn't even registered at the right address anymore - The internet is barely passable for our work-from-home jobs - The address wasn't registered with yorkshire water - the electric metre is very outdated with day/night rates AND is in the shop downstairs! We can't even access it 24/7! - No waste disposal bin - The vast majority of the flat is still covered in damage, and filthy. We've been scrambling for days just trying to get this all sorted out, and the Dominique isn't even getting back to us anymore despite being in office! If we could break lease and move out to a new place immediately, we would. I just want to be able to take a bath in my first ever property, and I can't even do that. This is your warning all who want to use this company. They do not care, they will gladly do the legal minimum token gestures and leave you out to dry.

I'm sorry the property you rented wasn't up to scratch when you moved in. you will have been given the complaints process on your move in documents, a copy can also be found on our website. Please contact the lettings manager Cliff on 01226 340 110 so we can resolve your issues - you will be able to get a credit back on the electric if its was for a previous tenant. We also cant control the internet speed at a property - this would be your responsibility to check before signing a tenancy. We will always try to help and if needed we can try and negotiate with the landlord to give you an early release, this will require you to make contact with the office.
