I would like to take the opportunity to say that I am very satisfied with the service provided by Jo Barson. Every time I contact the agency, she is so quick to respond, and every time I raise an issue, she acts fast. The communication with Jo is absolutely excellent. She is also very reliable and incredibly effective. Personally, I feel that she really cares about us as tenants and we feel really looked after by her.
