Dear Anwar, thank you for your comments. Whilst we are happy for any client to make a post regarding the service they have received we are surprised by yours. Upon inspection your property contained multiple breaches of non compliance within HHSRS and FFHH, including no heating or hot water and multiple leaks and damp. This meant the tenants were potentially at risk of attracting health issues especially at the late stage of pregnancy. The local authority housing enforcement were informed and the tenants were rehoused. We were not prepared to continue working with yourself unless the property was brought back up to a liveable condition and best practice policy was agreed. We informed Rent Smart Wales of our disinstruction and were surprised to see that property was then attempted to be relet with another estate agent. We would advise any tenants looking to move prior to signing for a property to check the Rent Smart Wales register for full details of the property owner and if it is managed by a reputable qualified Rent Smart Wales approved agent.
