Everything went Smoothly up until the closing, then the closing stages got extremely stressful, to the point of having a very heated conversation. I was getting conflicting and incorrect information being passed either directly to me or my wife, who was also getting stressed. Yes I know this process can be stressful, but we were made made to feel like we were doing all the wrong things, but we were not. We were following advise from our solicitor and not the estate agent as we felt we were being pushed into making a decision, that could have left us with an empty house, and no buyers!! I was not prepared to do anything until exchange of contracts, which seemed to annoy the "Sales Closer", but if a solicitor tells you not to do it until the buyers solicitor is happy, then why would I ignore their advise?? Keiron and Anya were perfect.
