Hi Alex, I am sorry to read you are disappointed with the service you have received. All of the tenants deposits are registered with the tenancy deposit scheme Mydeposits. I can not see any dispute logged with your name? The tenancy deposit scheme independently arbitrates over any deductions that are not agreed between the tenants and landlords.
