Have sold two properties through Martin and Co Medway and would definitely recommend them. Cindie took the time to find out about the property and the prospective buyers and kept me informed of all offers and buyer position. The after sales service was excellent and all queries were answered promptly and they kept in touch regularly with all parties, including their recommended solicitor Amanda Rose, who I would also recommend.
