I recently sold a flat while I was abroad so the entire process was completed by emails. After the initial meeting the firm agreed to act as a keyholder until the completion day. Have sold two properties through Martin and Co Medway and would definitely recommend them. Cindie took the time to find out about the property and the prospective buyers and kept me informed of all offers and buyer position.
