We noticed this property on Facebook Market place, and it was a really good price per month for the area. We had struggled to find something in this area that was spacious for our family. We met Sara on a Saturday and fell in love with the house instantly! We paid a holding fee later that day and began the referencing process. The referencing agency themselves were not very helpful, somehow getting a contractor of my place of work as my place of work and were surprised when they said they didn’t know who I was. This was stressful in itself as I was hoping and praying that I would still be able to move into the Dream House. Everything came back positive and then I was counting down the days to move! The process was so easy, uploading my documents online, rather than having to pop in and have copies taken before anything happened. The tenancy agreement was signed online and so was the DPS paperwork. We then visited the office to collect the keys and show ID in person. Martin and Co use property file to manage the tenancy, which was really handy as my meter readings were uploaded, which saved me a job! Still fiddling around to see what’s on there but no issues so far! Really friendly team at Martin and Co, From Sara showing us our new home, Sandra talking us through the deposit and the new process since the law changed in June, to Lacy sorting out the details of our new tenancy. All really knowledgeable and happy to help. We had been needing to move for a long time due to disrepair but waited for the tenant law to change so that it was more affordable, but even now it is costing less to be able to move, it’s not a compromise on service! It’s a 12 month tenancy, however as a family, we hope we can stay here for a long time, as I fell in love with the place as soon as I walked in Thank you all! Xxx
