I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff who I had the pleasure of dealing with at Medway. Rarely for a company these days they did all the said they would do and kept me informed all the way. They appeared welcoming, smart and smiley and answered my questions efficiently. They supported me through all aspects of my move which took much less time than I had anticipated. Many thanks.

I have been a tenant of Martin and co for three years and have always had a friendly and approachable service. As I know they are a letting agent I can trust I decided to move homes with them recently. Sandra and the team were fantastic in getting my references and viewings sorted and really went the extra mile to help me. I Just rented a flat with them. They been very helpful and they do all the paperwork clear and right. I saw the flat before move in and was cleaned as they said. Been abroad while the process of sign all papers wasn’t a problem as they sent to me all by email and able to sign by acrobat sign. The deposit is well keep on a secure deposit protection service.

We rent a property with the company and recently had a new kitchen fitted. The team were amazing and got the whole process done so quickly, they updated us every step of the way. And the contractor (Paul) who fitted the kitchen was so friendly and done such an amazing job. Looks fantastic.
