Throughout the tenancy Jacqueline Marchant – Currie has been amazing making sure we're kept up to date on issues and changes as well as just being very approachable and earnest, she really did make renting an easier experience. In those 11 years the service that was given to us has been steadily improving, now that Mcfarlane have taken full control I can honestly say they are an excellent letting agency.
