I received an excellent service from Home Sweet Home. I mainly dealt with Scott. He originally came to value my property, and at that point, I got a good feeling that he was the estate agent to use. I also liked the fact of the no sale no fee and that the sale fee is a fixed price. My property was marketed very well on various social media sites with Facebook and Instagram along with Rightmove and Zoopla, etc. The listing was truly excellent, giving a detailed description of the property, showing plenty of photos, and even including the council tax band. Most estate agents don't seem to include the council tax band, which to me is just crazy as council tax can play a key part for some people. My property went on the market on a Thursday midday and was sold the following Tuesday for a price I was very happy with. I never met Isla or Shona in person during the whole process but spoke to them on the phone, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I had a fault free, stress free, outstanding service, and I would certainly use them again or recommend Home Sweet Home to anyone wanting to sell their property.
