We chose Home Sweet Home for the sale of our house because the initial response was really quick and when Scott came out to meet us and see the house he came across as very professional and their business seemed to add a more personal touch to the process. Nothing was too much bother for Scott and he was on hand any time of the day to answer my queries. We had our house valued soon after we gave Scott the go ahead and our house was on the market the following day!! Stress free and very quick!!We were then passed over to Shona, who was really helpful, gave me loads of great advice and was always on hand to answer any questions! No question was a silly question and she made us feel at ease, she is so lovely!! They have an amazing online website where you can track your viewings and offers. Shona kept me up to date at all stages with any changes and was always checking up on us after viewings etc.Our house was on the market for 5 days and was sold over home report value!!We are extremely happy with the professional and friendly advice and help we received from both Scott and Shona. We will definitely be recommending them and would 100% use them again
