Going beyond!

During the process of our house purchase we've met with a situation whereby end-of-chain situation affected the time which we were hoping to conclude in. Ms Abby Bulley, an agent at the Market Harborough branch however, has gone extra miles to speed up the process, ensure everything is correct and all sides are satisfied. It is without any doubts that if it hadn't been for her we could as well be still waiting. Thank you Abby, you have truly gone beyond the expectations and more!

Excellent and professional follow through by Abbey Bulley

Abbey Bulley has greatly assisted us in the sale of our property in Market Harborough. We were initially impressed by the knowledge and enthusiasm of the sales team. However, once an offer had been accepted, Abbey moved mountains to make sure that things happened quickly, effectively and with relatively little stress for us. This was in a chain of 5, and included some last minute surprises from the buyer. She still managed to navigate through the discussions to ensure effective completion. In over 20 years of buying and selling property, we have never come across someone so effective, yet understated, in the sales follow through. You have a massive asset in Abbey, and she should be rewarded as such.

Clearly the local leader, very efficient, always courteous and very professional.

This is the second time I have used Henderson Connellan and I'm sure it will not be the last. Tom is a keen member of the sales team and will do everything to help you secure the deal. He is always prepared to arrange as many visits as you feel is needed, In terms of the aftersales, where people always tend to get frustrated (once the solicitors get involved), and believe me I did.. Abby came into her own and was probably the most patient and helpful member of an estate agents I have ever dealt with and almost certainly went up and beyond of what is probably expected. I certainly would have no hesitation to recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone wishing to Sell, buy or rent a property. Thanks to the whole team. P Batty.

Superb!

Henderson Connellan have been consistently incredible throughout the purchasing of my property. The sales negotiator, Holly Smith, was very informative and enthusiastic when showing me around the property and the after sales supporter, Abby Bulley, has kept me informed at all times which has helped with my peace of mind. I am so impressed with their customer service overall and I would definitely recommend these estate agents to friends and family. As a first time buyer, they made my experience very relaxed and positive. Thank you very much!

Very helpful and pleasant.

We found the staff at Henderson Connellan to be very professional, helpful and pleasant when recently selling my parents bungalow. The property was advertised and sold in a matter of only a few weeks.

Hands down the best in Harborough

As first time buyers we had been on the look out for the perfect first home for some time; during which we had met and dealt with the majority of agents in Harborough. Dan from Henderson Connellan was by far the most professional, helpful, and approachable agent we met. He listened to what we were looking for, followed up without being pushy and didn't send us endless properties that clearly didn't fit our criteria. Ultimately it was because of Dan that we found our perfect home and had a very smooth purchase which we are extremely greatful for! We have already been recommending Dan to friends and family and will continue to do so and when the time comes we will have no hesitation in selling our home through Henderson Connellan although fingers crossed that won't be for some time!
