He is always prepared to arrange as many visits as you feel is needed, In terms of the aftersales, where people always tend to get frustrated (once the solicitors get involved), and believe me I did.. Abby came into her own and was probably the most patient and helpful member of an estate agents I have ever dealt with and almost certainly went up and beyond of what is probably expected.
