Excellent Agent - First Class

We purchased a property through Henderson Connellan and can honestly say that they were the only silver lining in what turned out to be a very stressful and drawn out process (due to bottom of chain). The entire team, particularly Abby, were always the most up to date (including being ahead of our solicitor and our own estate agent) with information regarding the entire chain and were always willing to help. They were approachable, supportive and understanding throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will definitely be using them ourselves, should we move again.

Excellent customer care!

We were so impressed with the team at Henderson Connellan, especially Danielle. Through the whole process of relocation and house hunting the attention to detail and the personal care was fantastic. Danielle remembered everything about our situation on every viewing and we were confident she understood our buying situation , our tastes and what was important to us in a home. We didn’t really find this kind of service at any other estate agent in the area. Though in the end we didn’t buy a house through HC they will absolutely be our first choice should we come to sell or buy in the future. Just Fantastic customer care!

Home move

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Tom with his enthusiastic handshake I felt at home. Tom was insistent that he could sell our house with no trouble ,I didn't believe him but it went live on the Monday and sold on the Friday.a feat that was also down to the delightful Holly. I must also mention Danielle although she was in the background but it was clear she was part of a great team. So having sold the house we were introduced to the lovely Abby who was responsible for following the sale through. How I tried the patience of this lady but never once was she anything but super in her dealings with us. Having had contact with two other agencies during this period I can honestly say that didn't even rate on the same scale as Hendersons and we thank all the team for the warm reception they always gave us when we walked through the door.and would recommend them every time for being a first class agency and doing a first class job. Well done and thank you all

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Henderson Connellan are amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying ir selling a house in Market Harborough. David came round to do the valuation, very professional and personable. The whole team then came round the following day to look at the property. They asked intelligent and searching questions and I felt confident they would be able to describe the house and answer any questions any one coming into the shop asked. Viewings were always notified in advance. Holly put a detailed set of lock up instructions together for the team as we were on holiday at the time of the viewings. Conan and Tom patiently waited while prospective buyers looked round and the people who did buy our house told us they had been in looking at it for almost two hours with Conan! What patienceand determination to put the customer first. Abby chases the sales and was always updating us on what was happening. She was very professional, never lost her temper, even when I felt it would have been justified and simply focussed on keeping the sale on track. I could not have asked for a better team. The house sold very quickly, due to some extent to the marketing, enthusiasm and dedication of the whole team. I would always recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone who wanted the best estate agent in Market Harborough to sell their home. Thank you!

Fabulous team

The team at Henderson Connellan go above and beyond to make the selling of your property as easy and stress free as possible. Nothing is too much trouble and they work hard to deliver a stunning brochure and conduct the viewings often staying beyond the working day to deliver the sale. Having undertaking viewings with other Estate Agents Henderson Connellan are far superior in their professional approach I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone. Henderson Connellan make what can be a stressful time bearable and work closely together as a great team to ensure both the seller and purchaser are informed and updated promptly at all times.Cant fault them!

Excellent service

We bought our new home through Henderson connellan, we dealt with Shane Harmon from beginning to end of sale, he showed us round the house and helped us buy our new home, fantastic service all the way and sale complete and moved in within 8 weeks. Shane kept us up to date on everything and always returned our calls straight away when he was out of the office working. We were very stress free with what should have been a very stressful (in past experience) time. Thankyou very much Shane for all your hard work in completing our house move.

Fantastic service from start to finish!

I have recently sold my property in Market Harborough, and Henderson Connellan were recommended to me. I was not disappointed! Every single person I dealt with were efficient and professional. In particular, Holly Smith was fantastic during the advertisement and sale of the property and Abby Bulley went above and beyond expectations at every step of the after sale. I am extremely happy I went with Henderson Connellan. Having moved away from Market Harborough, and selling my property from over 300 miles away, Henderson Connellan made the entire process stress free and straightforward. Thank you all so much!

Professional,friendly ,efficient

Have used HC twice now main contact being Tom and will continue to use for future sales.. Each time have provided great service,photography etc and we have benefitted from their previous client relationships with potential buyers. Both properties sold in 2 days. Job well done!!

Exellent service

All staff exellent, everyone new of our property. If we rang and the person we were dealing with wasn't there others would be able to answer questions for us. Kept us informed regularly very happy with service.!
