Plus exchanging after 15 weeks when the UK average is a long 24 weeks. We agreed to a reduced fee (£625 worth) plus still providing 3 of the 6 gifts on our anniversary leaflet (worth £900) AND said you could have a fourth, being the £400 off our recommended solicitor, but you chose not to use them. The cooker was not listed in your initial paperwork as an item that you were taking with you of which was completed and signed by yourselves nor was it raised as an exclusion when negotiating the sale so we weren't to know this and therefore neither was your buyer.
