Mile and Barr Cliftonville provided us with an all-round professional service which we were happy with. Louise was our sales coordinator and she was absolutely FANTASTIC. It was so reassuring to know that Louise was there whenever we needed advice or reassurance or sometimes just someone to listen to our rants! Louise was understanding and extremely knowledgeable. But most importantly you always knew that Louise would get back to you as soon as she could and that responsiveness was a god send when you are in a process that you have no control over. Louise was empathetic and genuinely understood whenever we were so stressed that we were upset or angry. At one point if it wasn't for Louise I think we would have pulled out of the sale due to frustrations with solicitors, but she was able to keep us calm and positive. I have missed talking to her since the sale completed lol!
