Everyone thinks they know what estate agents are like, right? Well these guys are completely different. From the moment I met Jordan and Tracy I just knew they would be amazing professionals to work with- and I wasn’t wrong. They are SO good at what they do, plus they’re super transparent and friendly with it. I sold my house within 2 weeks of putting it up for sale (in the first 6 months of the pandemic) and it was entirely down to their skill and flair that it did. Please consider them when you sell your home because they make the process seem effortless- of course, it’s not… but they make it feel like that for you as a seller. Five stars.

Newton Fallowell came highly recommended to me by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. I was really impressed by how quickly Jordan arranged to visit/value the property, take photos and upload the listing (he did such a great job that I fell in love with my property again & was on the fence about selling!). It only took Scott one hour of viewings before I had 2 competing offers and even when the buyers pulled out a few weeks later (on a Friday), Scott had already arranged another viewing and sold it by Monday! Scott & Tracy kept in touch the entire time, updating me before my solicitors did and Tracy kept following up with both sides to keep the sale ticking along. Very happy with the service they provided, they made it feel like I was their only client and I wouldn’t look anywhere else next time!
