I was really impressed by how quickly Jordan arranged to visit/value the property, take photos and upload the listing (he did such a great job that I fell in love with my property again & was on the fence about selling!). It only took Scott one hour of viewings before I had 2 competing offers and even when the buyers pulled out a few weeks later (on a Friday), Scott had already arranged another viewing and sold it by Monday! Scott & Tracy kept in touch the entire time, updating me before my solicitors did and Tracy kept following up with both sides to keep the sale ticking along.
