If you are serious about wanting your property let by a professional agent who have your investment at heart - then look no further than these guys!! I have managed my property myself for the last few years and the last tenants didn’t end so well, mainly for the fact due to my own commitments, my rental property hadn’t been my top priority. Since the property had been empty, we had spent alot of time and money to get it better than ever to attract good future tenants. With this in mind it was time to go out and see what local agents were available to take on my property and manage fully for me. The search did not go well, due to me personally working during the time letting agents were open, I completed several “Contact us” pages, sent off emails and messages on Facebook - how many got back to me - zero! Then I was on Facebook and saw Newton Fallowell had started doing lettings. I contacted them on Facebook Messenger on the 7th January 2019 and Molly came back to me straight away, she took my details down and offered to call me at a time to suit to discuss further. Within 48 hours Molly had spoken with me, met me at the property and got it live on Rightmove! Within a week viewings were happening (the work wasn’t even finished on the inside of the property) and an application was received - all without even having pictures of the inside of the property online!! Both Molly and Jordan have kept me up to speed on everything regarding viewings, applications and reference checks. They have been fantastic at getting repairs completed for me that we haven’t had the time to arrange and have made sure the right people are doing the right jobs and for a price that is suitable. They have been there to help advise on anything that I also need to sort as a landlord to make sure I am following all the laws and regulations that I need to and to make sure everything is 100% for tenants moving in - after all, if everything is 100% for moving in, you want it as close to when they are moving out. I have received confirmation this week that my tenants are due to move in tomorrow, this is less than 3 weeks from instruction!!!! No corners have been cut, all the I’s have been dotted and T’s have been crossed. I literally cannot recommend Newton Fallowell enough, they have done exactly what you would expect an agent to do for you, but you don’t hear of it anymore. The service has been second to none, the help I have received has been amazing and to top it off they have worked to extremely tight deadlines to get this completed for me. They literally make you feel like you are their only customer - which with the hours they are putting in, I can assure you, you won’t be. If you are a serious landlord, looking for a serious letting agent - Give Jordan or Molly a call, they will not let you down!!!
