Our second time selling through Newton Fallowell Mansfield - the first time was great 3 years ago so we came back. The valuation proposed was sensible and not unrealistic - unlike those from some estate agents. A buyer was found quickly and the team all worked diligently to keep the process moving along overcoming the usual issues which often crop up during a property sale. Whilst they were chasing the buyer, solicitors etc. we were kept informed of all developments on the path to a successful and timely completion. Throughout the process the team were not only professional but also friendly and approachable. Just what you want when selling a house.
