Graham is a truly dynamic real estate agent, he definitely thinks outside of the box in terms of his approach and marketing. He uses all strands of marketing from established ways to sell a home to up to date social media which includes his ability to reach out to internet property influencers to market your property. I could go on and on explaining my valued experiences of using Graham and Fine and Country but I’ll leave it with the paragraph below…. If I had settled on the first agents who gave their opinion of the value of my home I would have been £420,000 out of pocket compared with the sale price Graham achieved. Yes £420,000 !!!! Graham and the team at fine and country sold our property in Ansty village a few months back and did a brilliant job from start to finish an absolute pleasure to do businesses with. We transferred to Fine and Country after not being successful sailing with another agent. Our first agent from F&C left and then Graham Howell came to visit us. Right from the start we warmed to him as he was genuine and interested in not just our house but the story behind it which made a HUGE difference to him being able to present it to prospective buyers.
