We transferred to Fine and Country after not being successful sailing with another agent. Our first agent from F&C left and then Graham Howell came to visit us. Right from the start we warmed to him as he was genuine and interested in not just our house but the story behind it which made a HUGE difference to him being able to present it to prospective buyers. He was sympathetic to my situation with my husband abroad and me selling alone. He arranged an ‘Open House’ and was successful in bringing genuinely interested people to view. He kept me informed throughout so I felt that he was actively seeking securing a sale. A beautiful brochure was produced which has been a great memento of our home of 26 years. The successful sale secured a good price for us but was also fair to the buyer whom Graham was sympathetic and caring to also. Graham really is a great ambassador for Fine and Country - a good salesman but one with integrity and honesty.
