Graham is a truly dynamic real estate agent, he definitely thinks outside of the box in terms of his approach and marketing. He uses all strands of marketing from established ways to sell a home to up to date social media which includes his ability to reach out to internet property influencers to market your property. I could go on and on explaining my valued experiences of using Graham and Fine and Country but I’ll leave it with the paragraph below…. If I had settled on the first agents who gave their opinion of the value of my home I would have been £420,000 out of pocket compared with the sale price Graham achieved. Yes £420,000 !!!! Graham and the team at fine and country sold our property in Ansty village a few months back and did a brilliant job from start to finish an absolute pleasure to do businesses with. Nothing was to much trouble for the entire team the marketing was exceptional and Graham himself is very knowledgeable and made the whole process run very smoothly.

Recently registered my details with Fine & Country Coventry and spoke with Charlotte. Charlotte was wonderful and listened to everything we were after and then sent us some marketing. She also discussed a mortgage appointment for us which no other agents had offered. Wonderful service; we are crossing our fingers that she finds us something.

We transferred to Fine and Country after not being successful sailing with another agent. Our first agent from F&C left and then Graham Howell came to visit us. Right from the start we warmed to him as he was genuine and interested in not just our house but the story behind it which made a HUGE difference to him being able to present it to prospective buyers. He was sympathetic to my situation with my husband abroad and me selling alone. He arranged an ‘Open House’ and was successful in bringing genuinely interested people to view. He kept me informed throughout so I felt that he was actively seeking securing a sale. A beautiful brochure was produced which has been a great memento of our home of 26 years. The successful sale secured a good price for us but was also fair to the buyer whom Graham was sympathetic and caring to also. Graham really is a great ambassador for Fine and Country - a good salesman but one with integrity and honesty.
