Excellent service received yet again
I have used Phoenix Property Management now for a couple of years having previously used several other letting agents. I have to say they are head and shoulders above other managing agents. Communication is great. I ahver had responses to emails on a Friday night at 10.30pm, Sunday morning etc. The advice and help taht they provide is second to none. Great service all round. I have mainly had dealings with Shaun who is first class, I have also had dealings with Kamal who is also great at his job. I would not hesitate to recommend Pheonix Property Managem,ent and believe me I have used a lot of property agents since first investing in Manchester in 1998.
