rented a student house for 2nd year with this agency, was the worst experience we have ever had. we had mice and cockroach infestations to a horrible extent that were already prominent before we even moved in, and after the whole year being falsely promised compensation, the only thing they returned in the end was a rubbish apology. there were only 1 or 2 decent attempts to mitigate/kill off the infestations for the entire year, which is absolutely unacceptable. thankfully our property manager Tim was fired for his completely irresponsible behaviour, but even with new staff to help us, we were still left with almost complete lack of communication and sympathy. really don’t recommend.
