I am using a private account to protect my identity. Worst agency experience in 5 years of renting. Never answered calls, came into property unannounced leading to harassment by maintenance they hire, never fixed maintenance issues, gave us a property with the front door being broken and almost causing a break in. Had a radiator issue for the entire year causing me to have to sleep in the living room and they never fixed the issue or gave me any financial compensation. DO NOT RENT OR TRUST THIS AGENCY THEY ARE THE WORST AGENCY IN MANCHESTER!!!! Especially as a student they will give you absolutely zero respect or humane treatment
