Nicholas Humphrey’s have a bad reputation sometimes and i’m sure others have a bad experience but I just wanted to share mine. I lived in caminada house for 2 years with Nicholas Humphrey’s and they were amazing for sorting out maintenance issues. They replaced my bed frame when it split, they replaced my en suite toilet floor when it started getting gross, they fixed the towel rail when it was wobbly and always were helpful. Both times I received my deposit back in full and in good time. If it wasn’t for the increased rent prices in the building I would still be there.
