The BEST Letting Agency I have come across during the last 10 years or so. I had very bad experiences with other popular letting agencies in Manchester. But Martin & Co was the best from the beginning. I had some issues when I moved in in 2016. The apartment was not cleaned properly. But it was only a matter of letting them know, and the next day a professional cleaner came and did the cleaning well. Next, I had some issues with the Sofa (it had torn surface), the two mattress were damaged and strained. I informed them about these. Within 2 weeks the agency replaced the Sofa and mattresses with Brand New ones. Next, there was a damage near the kitchen on the wooden floor. It was very badly damaged and looked ugly. In fact, i noticed these damages when I came for a viewing, so I did not think that they will replace it as I already knew the damage before I moved in. But the Agency was so great that they contacted the Landload and the Landlord was the best, because he decided to replace the entire floor with brand new wooden flooring. Which might have cost him 1000s of pounds. NEVER expected such a great service. Later on had some issues with the heating control unit, within just two days it was replaced. NO Questions asked. Had an issue with the kitchen sink tap. Replaced within days. Had an issues with the main door lock, repaired the lock within few days. I truly loved this apartment, and never wanted to switch the apartment because I have been treated extremely well. I lived there until I had to leave Manchester. On 23.01.2021 I terminated the contract and vacated the property. I did a professional cleaning and handed over the keys (put them through their letter box as the office was closed). Despite the disruptions to normal business work, I could not believe they processed my end of tenancy and returned my DEPOSIT Back in to my Account on 26.01.2021. That was unbelievable. It was so fast that they might have carried out an inspection as soon as I vacated and refunded me immediately. They DID NOT deduct a pence from my deposit. They were extremely generous and great. I would like to make this an opportunity to thank both Staff at Martin & Co. Manchester Central Office and my Lovely landlord for such a wonderful experience from start to end. If I ever move in to Manchester again, I will definitely rend a property from Martin & Co. This is my story. And its the TRUE Story. Believe me, I wouldn't be bothered to write this Review if I wasn't truly happy.
