Never been one to leave reviews, but I think when people go above and beyond it should be recognised and acknowledged. So I've been living in the same flat now for 7 years now (practically part of the furniture- ha) and Joe Royle and Katherine Miller have always been on hand to help us out with any minor issues and can never do enough. It's SO rare considering the amount of horror stories you hear nowadays with property agents. Only recently the oven decided to call it a day ha. They had a replacement lined up and installed only a couple of days after I had reported it. I didn't have to chase at all just sent one email notifying them of the issue. Joe even called up to double check that the oven had been installed. Honestly Great stuff!
