Been in my flat little over two weeks now and I must say that the very few issues that I have had (with the flat itself) have been sorted and dealt with quickly and efficiently by Joe. It has been a very different experience from my previous estate agent! The whole process with Mark (when I signed up) was easy and straightforward too! Would highly recommend using them as a tenant.
