Its only when things start to wrong to you get to see the real side of your letting agent. I have renting this apartment for 2 years and had a couple of things go wrong.. things do.. its the nature of life. On every occasion I have had to contact Jordan Fishwick I have been dealt with quickly, with understanding and in a professional courteous manner. Emails are answered within hours with positive help and I have never felt I was not listened to or taken seriously. My property manager Faye is absolutely on the ball and such a breath of fresh air compared to the managers I have had from other letting agents. The other part of any repair is the contractors and everyone that Jordan Fishwick has sent have been spot on. Arrived when they said, knowledgeable around the fixes and I have never had any reason to question any repairs.
