For example, - double charging the same item (removing a table), - charging wrongly in the first place (table was there when they arrived) - they never provided a photo inventory on moving in - place was dirty on move in, we cleaned it impeccably, but agency wants to charge 165 for deep clean - bathroom fan was on constantly throughout tenancy (no window in bathroom) but agency wants to charge 55 for sanding down etc We were tenants with them and we categorically advise to stay away from them. Pretty sure they're just taking the Mick thinking people won't bother to argue or go to court over unfair fees just because they're new to Britain.
