Excellent service from the start. Lukas was punctual & professional from the beginning. He very quickly understood exactly what we were looking for & showed us 3 properties that exactly matched the brief. Lukas was also available even after hours to answer any questions. We spent two weekends in Manchester doing viewings with various agents but JLL & Lukas were by far the best. We have had an offer accepted on one of the properties & still Lukas has been available for questions even though the sale is done. I had a very peculiar situation when it came to moving into the Lightbox. It was right at the beginning of lockdown with a lot of fear and uncertainty at the time so I was eager to move in very quickly. There are so many people I would like to thank for making that happen so quickly. I want to thank Faye Hamilton, Edite Muceniece, Katy Henstock and Oliver Dolan who were extremely professional, efficient and most importantly for me, kind when dealing with my move. The team made it possible for me to move in before everyone went on lockdown. (This was vital for me as I am a 23 year old professional) However, the biggest thanks and special, special mention goes by a certain Lukas.
