Excellent service provided by the JLL team especially Faye H, Kirsten and also Chris at the onset with the viewings. They were all very professional and prompt in responding to our questions/ enquiries. They have been very responsive so far to help us with moving into our new place and delivered the key on time as requested. Looking forward to the same professional service during the tenancy as when securing the place as dealing with Faye H, Kirsten and Chris did set a very good standard to say the least

Excellent service from Faye who supported us all the way throughout the tenancy process. I would also like to say Kirsten was fantastic through the process and, was always quick to answer any questions me or my friends had. We wanted to move into our apartment by the 27th February and, they kept their word so we were in our lovely apartment on the 27th. Although, I would prefer to leave another review at the end of the tenancy as I know Lettings Agencies can quickly change their service once they have your custom.

Have lived in a JLL property for almost 2 years and been really impressed with the service so far. My partner and I have had terrible experiences with other letting agents in the past (problems not being sorted, slow responses from the team etc) but JLL is nothing like that. Our property manager Catherine is fab and anytime we have needed a contractor sent out (only twice for very small issues) Catherine has turned it round in a matter of hours for us. When you’re a renter it’s really comforting knowing you’re in safe hands if something goes wrong! Recommend!
