Had Edite in charge of our flat, service has been fantastic from her will all issues sorted very quickly. Would definitely recommend JLL for their service. Biggest issue was we were not told that none of the windows in the flat opened and no air conditioning meaning the summer was intolerable with the flat feeling like a sauna. Beware of 52, 54 & 56 Broadway, Salford Quays.

Poor service. Started all well, didn’t finish very well. First, this agency didn’t inform us about law changes about how much notice you need to provide to a tenant before they move out. Second, they posted keys to the WRONG address ignoring the one provided in an email; and there was no name and no return address! Quite unprofessional. Also, not the best agency in communicating while they were in charge of the flat

Had a mix up with the current tennant, leaving me without anywhere to live two weeks prior to my move in date. Whilst the staff did everything they could to assist, communication was slow. They also didnt seem to too concerned with my issue. Disappointed with what I thought was a reputable company.
