Have been with JLL for around 2 years so far and have had no problems at all. Catherine Payne has been super helpful and gets back to us really quickly whenever a problem has come up with the property / have any queries with the tenancy. Any sub-contractor repair people we have dealt with have also been really friendly and helpful.
