Chased up an Apartment for 6 weeks before it was listed online as I was in talks with the people moving out and they were happy to move out earlier out of kindness and convenience to me. Messaged Kathy from JLL to explain the situation- took 6 weeks of going back & forth with her and offering to pay a holding fee and rent upfront only to see the property listed online after all my efforts. Kathy, didn’t call me once to update me nor show that she actually cares about a potential client. After expressing my annoyance, I was ignored.
