Our representative from JLL was Leanne Hargreaves. From the initial meeting with Leanne she had a very warm welcoming smile and was very friendly. Leanne was very knowledgeable about all the developments we viewed and gave us insight into Manchester, as we have never purchased in Manchester, this knowledge was welcomed by us. Leanne placed no pressure on us to purchase any of the apartments like some other estate agents we have dealt with in the past. We met up Leanne on a further 2 occasions to view the apartments we had already viewed to enable us to make an informed decision. To enable this to happen, Leanne squeezed us in despite her tight viewings schedule. As a result of all of this excellent good customer, we have now purchased an apartment with her. The after sales service from Leanne has been fantastic too and appreciated by us. Leanne is our opinion is an asset to JLL.
