Landlords - you paid them but you ended up doing their management jobs

The team talk sweetly and tend to look after tenants than landlords. Having deducted full management fees, you did more work than they did. They won't tell you if they inspected property half-way through the tenancy. You'd be puzzled whether they inspected.. Totally passive! We got passed around from person to person, even simple enquiry such as energy provider needs a 2nd phone call. If you had a foreign tenant, they did not check out tenant's commitment to service bills payment when 'they vacated mid-term'. They did not submit disputes to TDS, Yet, they said they did everything by the book. We made a bad choice. We changed to some others.
